1. Eligibility

To be eligible for “The Vow” Surprise Wedding Giveaway, applicants must meet the following requirements:

The wedding must take place in the United States.

The wedding must take place during one of the following months: September, October, November, or December.

The applicant must be a bride, groom, family member, friend, wedding planner, or loved one, and must be submitting to surprise a bride or groom.

The selected applicant must have authority to coordinate with Brian Nhira Music regarding the wedding schedule, venue logistics, and surprise performance details.

The selected wedding must allow Brian Nhira Music to bring a small media team of 1–2 videographers to capture the performance, reactions, behind-the-scenes moments, and related wedding footage.

2. Performance Details

The giveaway includes a live surprise wedding performance by Brian Nhira.

Brian will perform up to three songs total.

One of the songs performed must be “The Vow.”

The remaining song selections may be discussed with Brian Nhira Music, but final approval of the performance setlist will be at the discretion of Brian Nhira Music.

The performance may take place during a ceremony, reception, first dance, private reveal moment, or another agreed-upon portion of the wedding day, depending on the wedding schedule and venue logistics.

3. What Brian Nhira Music Will Cover

As part of the giveaway, Brian Nhira Music will cover:

Brian Nhira’s performance fee for the selected wedding.

Brian Nhira’s travel expenses to and from the wedding location.

Travel expenses for Brian’s approved media/content team of 1–2 videographers.

Basic production/content capture related to Brian Nhira Music’s filming of the surprise performance.

Planning and coordination directly related to Brian’s surprise performance.

4. What Is Not Included

The giveaway does not include:

Wedding planning services.

Venue rental fees.

Wedding vendor fees.

Audio/production equipment required by the venue unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Full wedding videography services.

Photography services.

Travel, lodging, meals, or expenses for the couple, wedding party, family, guests, or vendors.

Any costs unrelated to Brian Nhira’s surprise performance and Brian Nhira Music’s content capture.

5. Venue and Vendor Requirements

The selected couple must confirm that the wedding venue allows outside performers.

The venue must allow Brian Nhira Music to bring a media team of 1–2 videographers.

The venue must allow filming during the agreed-upon portions of the wedding day.

The couple is responsible for helping Brian Nhira Music coordinate with the planner, venue, DJ, band, audio team, or other necessary vendors to ensure the surprise performance can happen smoothly.

Brian Nhira Music must receive any required venue permissions, vendor approvals, access details, and schedule information prior to the wedding.

6. Filming, Content Ownership, and Release Rights

Because this giveaway is connected to the release and storytelling campaign for “The Vow,” filming is a required part of participation.

All footage captured by Brian Nhira Music and/or its approved videographers will be owned by Brian Nhira Music.

Brian Nhira Music will have the unrestricted right to edit, publish, distribute, release, promote, monetize, and repurpose the footage at its discretion.

Footage may be used for, including but not limited to:

Social media content.

YouTube videos.

Music video content.

Promotional campaigns.

Behind-the-scenes content.

Documentary-style storytelling.

Press, marketing, and advertising.

Spotify, Apple Music, DSP, and release-related promotional assets.

The couple understands that Brian Nhira Music may release the videos at any time and in any order, at its sole discretion.

7. Couple and Guest Consent

By accepting the giveaway, the selected couple grants Brian Nhira Music permission to film and use their names, likenesses, wedding story, reactions, voices, and wedding-related footage for promotional and commercial purposes.

The couple is responsible for helping communicate filming expectations with the venue, planner, and any necessary guests or vendors.

Brian Nhira Music will make every effort to be respectful, discreet, and honoring of the wedding day.

8. Selection Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

Brian Nhira Music will review submissions based on love story, wedding date, location, logistical feasibility, creative fit, and alignment with the heart of “The Vow” campaign.

Selected applicants will be contacted directly by Brian Nhira Music.

Final participation is subject to confirmation of wedding date, location, venue permissions, schedule, filming access, and performance logistics.

9. Surprise Requirement

This giveaway is designed specifically as a surprise from one future spouse to the other.

The applicant must be willing and able to help keep the performance a surprise until the agreed-upon reveal moment.

Brian Nhira Music will work with the applicant, planner, venue, or designated point person to coordinate the surprise discreetly.

10. Final Approval

Brian Nhira Music reserves the right to decline or cancel participation if the wedding logistics, venue restrictions, travel requirements, filming limitations, safety concerns, or scheduling conflicts prevent the surprise performance from being executed properly.

Brian Nhira Music also reserves the right to adjust performance timing, content capture plans, or release plans as needed.
